Dedicated Part-Time Marketing Support

Flexible, hourly support from Kiki

This option provides RDE Capital Group with flexible, ongoing support from LaKeitha “Kiki” Patric for recurring marketing tasks, proposals, listing materials, content distribution, and coordination. Services are billed as an hourly subscription, making this option best suited for RDE Capital Group’s immediate marketing needs when broader website, advertising, SEO, and production services are not required.

Scope of Support

Services may include:

• Formatting and publishing articles and market reports provided by RDE Capital Group
• Posting approved content to the company website
• Adapting approved content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Distributing approved content to prospects, active opportunities, and existing clients through ClientLook or another approved platform
• Customizing existing proposal templates for prospective clients and properties
• Researching property information through CoStar and other provided resources
• Creating marketing materials for new listings, including flyers and branded floor plans
• Coordinating listing information and uploads for CoStar, Crexi, and other approved platforms
• Creating print-ready market reports, property announcements, case studies, and direct-mail materials
• Coordinating with printers, mailing services, sign companies, and other approved vendors
• Maintaining consistency across recurring marketing materials
• General marketing organization, communication, and coordination

The specific mix of services will vary based on RDE Capital Group’s needs and priorities each month.

RDE Capital Group’s Responsibilities

• Provide access to necessary accounts, platforms, templates, brand materials, photographs, and property data
• Provide draft articles, graphs, market information, and source materials for recurring content
• Provide the essential information required to customize proposals and listing materials
• Provide timely feedback and approval when required
• Handle final distribution of proposals and supporting documents unless otherwise agreed
• Approve any third-party costs before they are incurred

Investment

Services will be billed at $27 per hour, with a minimum monthly billing of 20 hours, or $540 per month.

• Hours exceeding the 20-hour monthly minimum will be billed at the same rate of $27 per hour.
• Meetings, research, revisions, communication, publishing, account setup, and vendor coordination are billable.
• Work anticipated to materially exceed the usual monthly activity will be discussed before proceeding.
• Unused hours do not roll over to future months.

Subscription and Payment

• The $540 monthly subscription will be charged at enrollment and automatically renewed on the same date each month.
• The subscription reserves up to 20 hours of support per billing cycle.
• Additional hours will be billed at $27 per hour, with an overage notice issued by WatermelonSeed Marketing LLC at the next renewal.
• The card on file will be charged for overages five calendar days after the notice is issued.
• Work may be paused if any payment is declined or past due and resumed once the account is current.

Turnaround and Availability

• Standard requests will generally be completed within three business days.
• Larger listing packages, extensive revisions, or unusually complex requests may require additional time.
• Urgent requests will be accommodated when availability permits.
• Requested deadlines depend on receiving all necessary information, materials, access, and approvals in a timely manner.
