The Startup
It all started with an analysis of every data point they had been tracking. We looked for blind spots in what was being tracked. We set up new systems, like tracking telephone calls, complete customer journeys and even screen recordings, yep we can do that …and many other data points. All of this data became the foundation of every decision we make along their journey. We have a “play the ball where it lies” approach to helping our clients. It all starts with branding. Miami Designer Smiles had a brand that was developed over 15 years in the Miami community. Branding is basically all of your graphic elements that make up your business, from the sign on your door to print materials and website. Everywhere someone encounters your business they see your brand. Branding extends into the “buzz” about your business as well, online reviews. How you answer the phone, how you interact with patients in the exam room, all encompass parts of your brand.
Logo
This was their logo and colors before joining WatermelonSeed. There was a progression in style and colors with a less literal “Tooth = Dentist” thinking, in terms of design.
The 2019 flower version of their logo was the starting point from which we moved forward. The lotus, a symbol of purity, rebirth and new beginning, was a perfect fit for how they saw their service to the Miami community.

Dr. Garcia needed a refresh of their in office video that played in the waiting room and on the televisions in their operatories. We took their existing slides and updated it to match their brand. We also put it in a system that allowed them to easily update the slides and push those updates to all the televisions.
