This option provides RDE Capital Group with a dedicated marketing team responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing marketing efforts across every major channel. Rather than coordinating multiple vendors, RDE Capital Group works with a single team that manages content creation, design, photography, video production, digital marketing, advertising, and ongoing strategy.

This engagement also includes dedicated marketing support from LaKeitha “Kiki” Patric, who serves as an extension of your team. Kiki provides day-to-day communication, project management, proposal coordination, content oversight, and marketing execution while coordinating the resources of the entire WatermelonSeed Marketing team.

The focus of this service is to create a completely new website and brand identity shaped by RDE Capital Group’s vision and direction, then build on that foundation with consistent marketing designed to increase visibility, generate qualified opportunities, and support long-term growth.

Scope of Services

Services may include:

• Unlimited scheduled on-site photography and video production

• Unlimited FAA-compliant drone photography and video

• Video editing for marketing, social media, and property promotion
• Content planning, scheduling, and publishing
• Social media management across approved platforms
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Blog content creation and optimization
• SEO titles, meta descriptions, and content enhancements
• Editorial review and content management
• Google Ads management (advertising budget billed separately)
• Social media advertising management (advertising budget billed separately)
• Monthly marketing planning and strategy sessions
• Conversion analysis and ongoing optimization
• Monthly performance reporting and recommendations

The specific mix of services will vary based on RDE Capital Group’s priorities, active listings, business objectives, marketing initiatives, and overall workload throughout the engagement.

RDE Capital Group’s Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to branding assets, property information, photography, floor plans, and marketing materials.
• Provide access to required websites, advertising accounts, and third-party platforms.
• Participate in scheduled content planning and strategy discussions.
• Provide timely feedback and approvals to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Coordinate access to properties and personnel for scheduled photography and video production.

Investment

Monthly Investment: $6,500

This service includes ongoing marketing management, dedicated support from Kiki, creative services, content production, strategy, photography, video production, and execution as outlined above.

Advertising budgets, printing, mailing costs, third-party software subscriptions, travel beyond the standard service area, and other approved third-party expenses are billed separately.

A six-month initial commitment is required to allow sufficient time for planning, implementation, optimization, and measurable marketing results.

Turnaround and Availability

Routine marketing requests will generally be completed within three business days. Larger projects, website redesigns, video production, advertising campaigns, and extensive creative initiatives may require additional planning and production time.

Content production schedules, property availability, weather conditions, and client approvals may affect delivery timelines. Priority scheduling will be given to active marketing initiatives whenever possible.
