Project Scope

To keep your project on schedule and within budget, the following items are not included unless specifically outlined elsewhere in this proposal:

• Ongoing website maintenance, hosting, or software updates after launch
• Additional photography or video production
• Additional revisions resulting from significant changes in project direction after design approval
• New website features, integrations, or custom functionality not included in the approved project scope
• Third-party software, plugin, licensing, fonts, stock photography, or subscription fees
• Ongoing content creation, social media management, advertising, SEO campaigns, or marketing services after project completion
• Copywriting or design for new pages or marketing materials requested after project approval
• Printing, signage, apparel, or other physical marketing materials
• Travel outside the Dallas-Fort Worth area (if applicable) or expenses requiring overnight accommodations
• Website hosting

Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope will be discussed in advance and quoted separately before work begins.

Need something beyond the original scope? We’re happy to continue supporting RDE Capital Group with additional branding, website enhancements, photography, video production, and marketing services as your business grows.

Ownership & Deliverables

Upon final delivery, RDE Capital Group will own all approved website designs, branding assets, photography, and video content created as part of this project. Any licensed third-party software, plugins, fonts, or stock assets remain subject to their respective licensing agreements.

Timeline & Availability

Most projects are completed within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on project scope and client feedback. Production dates for on-site photography and video are scheduled in advance, and your place on our calendar is reserved once your proposal is approved.
